The HVAC Quick Load application offers a practical tool for estimating heating and cooling loads for various building types on iPhone and iPad platforms. It incorporates a straightforward rule-of-thumb methodology, making it accessible for rapid assessments in the field. This utility allows users to quickly compute the required cooling and heating loads, expressed in BTU/hr or Tons, as well as air flow rates in CFM or L/s. Input parameters include building type, total square footage, and occupancy levels. The application supports output in both Imperial and Metric units, broadening its usability across different standards.

The calculation basis draws from reputable HVAC references, utilizing average values per square foot for a range of building types. Users can export all input data and results via email, with an accompanying Excel spreadsheet for further detailed analysis.
